I've been wanting some fringe lately- considering the 3.1 Phillip Lim dress on sale at Bird below and these fringe tanks from Top Shop. Neither felt quite right, I would be wearing fringe just for fringe's sake.This necklace however is beautiful and fringe and a lot more practical because it can make any item into a fringed item. Also thanks to exchange rates it is the cheapest of the options.
