I love this look from Spring 08 and I believe I can achieve it on my own.The vest is Radcliffe on sale at Active Endeavors. The skirt is from Top Shop, or whatever flippy skirt you have in your closet.
I will also wear the vest under my DIY denim vest. You can never wear too many vests at one time, right?
